The Building Better Communities Programme provided grant funding to Enhance Barossa Mental Health to support the development of the Barossa Wellbeing Community Directory. The Community Directoryis a website / online resource created through the community-driven Barossa Wellbeing Project, bringing together information about local services, organisations, programs and resources that support health and wellbeing.
Enabled through The Barossa Council’s Barossa Wellbeing Project, the Community Directory aims to make wellbeing information easier for residents to find and access. Community consultation helped shape the project, with residents and organisations contributing to local wellbeing priorities. The website strengthens community connections and provides a central pathway to local support and opportunities.
