The aim of the Enhance Barossa Mental Health Steering Committee is to advocate for the achievement of a sustainable level of service delivery in the Barossa that will effectively address the needs of residents requiring support with mental health, suicide prevention, and minimise harm from alcohol and other drugs and gambling. 

Regular open community network meetings are held in the Barossa Campus with an online option. Usually the first Thursday in the even months from 1-3pm. The Chair of the EBMH steering committee is Bill Gransbury and the secretary is Don Piro. The EBMH Inc. Board evolved from the EBMH Steering Committee in 2024 to enable the governance for key projects involving grants. EBMH Inc was approved to be a health promotion charity in 2025.
